The transport device (1) comprises front and rear wheels (31, 32), and a support plate (2) is orientated above and between the wheels. A hand support (4) extends from the support plate which is provided for transport of a person along a base surface. The support plate has a length and a breadth which offer a support for a foot of a transported person. The hand support is rotatable relatively to a position in the front part of the support plate, and comprises at least one arm and a hand grip. The arm is of collapsible construction. One or more further wheels (33,34) are provided between the front and rear wheels. All wheels are rotatable but fixed in relation to the support plate and in each case the front wheel has a position somewhat higher than the corresp. position of the other wheels in relation to the base surface (6). |
