The bindings each have a front stop (11) and a heel clamp (10), and each is mounted on a plate (2,3) which is fixed to the upper surface of the board (4). The plate has a layer made of visco-elastic material (5) covered by a rigid plate (7) and a second layer of visco-elastic material (6) and an upper rigid plate (8). The layers of the plate are bonded together and the lower layer is fixed to the board by an adhesive film (9) with a double surface which is put on the lower surface of the plate.
