The apparatus for reducing running vibration and keeping horizontal state stable to increase comfort, includes proportional pressure control valves(20FR-20RL) controlling pressure of actuators(30FR-30RL) with detection signal(X) of a detector(31) detecting state variation, a pilot pressure control valve(36) preventing rapid variation of vehicle height caused at engine start and keeping vehicle height constant in case of system failure, a preset pressure maintaining valve(37) keeping pressure of oil return line constant, and a relief valve(6) setting system pressure.
