The table is fixed to two or more panels (2) which form its legs. Each panel has elastic rings (3) fixed to it which have openings (8.2) that are parallel to the panel. An axle (4) is fixed to the table top by elastic rings (3.1) with openings (8.1) parallel to the top and clips into the rings on the panel. A bar (11) is fixed to one panel (2.1), and elastic rings (3.22) fixed to the adjacent panel (2.2) have openings in which the bar clips. This holds the edges of the panels together when they are in use.
