The fixing unit of two rotating parts one onto the other with a common axis comprises of a primary piece (1) fixed by studs (10) onto the support (2) having a slot (7) for primary locking any rotary movement and blocking holes (11). A second piece (3) is provided with studs (15) for clamping it with the element (4). The wheel rim, contains a second locking element (12) in the form of a double curved lip which butts against a face in the slot (7) of the primary locking by being rotated into position. A blocking hole is provided (14) which aligns up with the corresponding blocking hole (11) on the primary piece. A blocking piece (5) is wedged between the second piece (3) and the wheel (4), clamped with the latter, which can move axially and which contains blocking lugs (18) which engage in the holes (11,14) of the two pieces (1,3) to block the elements together once the whole unit is clamped up.
