Setting system for spaced machines of automatic assembly line

The setting system uses a plate (1) defining a base-plane, coupled to a frame (2) and an upper plate (3), secured by screws to a guidance system (4), with a compensation element (5) between the plates. The compensation element is made of a material (6) incorporating embedded heating elements (7), allowing it to be heated to reach a thermoplastic deformation state, under control of a temp. regulator. The plates are coupled together by clamping screws (8) used to increase the internal pressure, for displacement of the heated material of the compensation element, transverse to the applied force, limited by reinforcing fibres.
