The main coil for the Z axis is wound around the coil body (14) and the coils (28a, 28b) for the X and Y axes are built on the main coil (28c). Screening coils (29. fig.1) are provided and a distance piece (30) is fixed by adhesive between the main coils (28) and the screening coils (29). The distance between the adjacent sections of the spirally wound conductor (33), from which the coils (28a, 28b) are formed for the X and Y axes, is established at a fixed cutting width, for the conductor (33) to be cut by a cutting system.
