The present invention relates to therapeutical compositions comprising, as active principle, a compound having formula (II), wherein R is selected amongst a hydrogen atom, the groups 3-chloro, 4-chloro, 3-fluoro, 4-fluoro, 3trifluoromethyl, 3-methoxy, 3-methyl and 4-methyl, or one of the pharmaceutically acceptable acid addition salts thereof.
