Vertical silo roof made of textile membrane

The membrane (1) has a central support (2), while an annular body (4) of the same diameter runs along the silo top edge (3). The membrane moves freely over the outer surface of the body and extends downwards beyond it to form a hollow seam (6) along the edge. Inside the seam a tightening body (7) extends for the entire periphery of the silo, and is secured by tightening components (8) to the outside of the silo wall. At the seam, the folded-over edge (10) of the membrane can extend over the wall edge and inside the silo. The body can be a stiff ring, a tube, or of latticework.
