Biomass silo gas blow=off valve

A force-loaded valve bell (13) seals the valve inlet connection (7) acting as valve seat in one setting and in another setting links the connection (7) to the valve fluid (5). One arm (11) of a double lever (9,11) acting as bell holder is used to secure the bell as against the second arm which is engaged by a weight (19,21) so that the bell always encloses part of the connection in the active setting of the blow-off valve. The valve fluid container (3) has a fluid filling device (27) notably a sight tube (27) communicating with the container (3). The valve inlet (7) and/or outlet (25) have connections (7',25') on the side furthest from the blow-off valve. The container has a removable lid (23) and the contained fluid can be mixed with anti-freeze. Additional components include spacer noses (15) forming a semicircle round the inlet (7) so as to minimise any bell vibration amplitude in relation to the inlet.
