The arrangement comprises a bearing body and a shaft- centering piece having first roller bodies against whose surface the shaft is pressed by means of springs. The first roller bodies are mounted by means of roller bearings on the second roller bodies. The springs are adjustably positioned in the bearing body . The roller bodies are in the form of balls. A spring is positioned on the convex side of the spherical cap, and pre-tensions the spherical cap radially in relation to the centre axis. The spring is enclosed by a sleeve which is slide-mounted in a casing sleeve.
