The device comprises a printing press frame having a hole in which a bearing is mounted, the bearing provided for supporting an axial end of a printing cylinder. There is a stand movably installed on a side face of the printing press frame. There is an extracting member for extracting the bearing, the extracting member being engaged with the bearing. There is a first actuator for moving the extracting member in an axial direction of the hole to extract the bearing, the first actuator being mounted to the stand, and a second actuator for moving the stand away from axial end of the printing cylinder.
