The device has a pneumatic pressure cylinder (2) installed on the cartridge holder (1) with a piston (3) guided inside the cylinder casing. The piston has two axially parallel pushrods (4) with discs (12) on their forward end, and the rods additionally mounted in a guide (5) which blanks off the cylinder. A disc-form rod retainer (6) extends in front of the cylinder and piston and has a thrust rod (7) installed rigidly and parallel to the pushrods.
