The insert (12) is open on one side. It contains the pack of seals (10). After the pack of seals has been inserted, a closure piece (13) closes the open side of the insert, and thereby contains the seal-pack. The seal pack has at least one radial slot (15). A base part grips round the outer periphery of the piston. Slide pieces positioned in the peripheral direction of the base part move radially in radial slots in the base part. The separate parts of the seal pack are inserted into the piston groove in one operation in their preset arrangement. The base part consists of a basic body and centering part fixed to it.
