The heat transfer board material comprises two plates (4,6) with a space between them, of a material with high thermal conductivity. The space between them is filled with a heat insulation material (8). The heat transfer pipes (10) are at least partially embedded in the insulation material (8), and are in heat transfer contact with the plate(s) (4,6). The plates (4, 6) are of metal e.g. zinc-plated and bake-painted steel sheet. The insulating material (8) is a polyurethane foam or a polyisocyanurate foam. The outer surface of the heated plate (4) is clad (12) with natural stone e.g. granite or marble, artificial bricks, ceramics, tiles, plastics or metal. |
