The disposable syringe has an initial chamber (12) filled with a sterile and pref. pharmaceutical preparation shaped with a channel section (14). A second chamber (16) is shaped with the first chamber (12), pref. filled with a liquid or gas, with its side walls at least partially forming a bellows (18). When the channel (14) is opened, compression of the bellows (18) builds up a pressure in the second chamber (16) which is transferred to the product in the first chamber (12) to force it out through the channel (14).
