PURPOSE:To reduce the area of wiring between buffer means and a memory means by dividing the outputs of write buffer means to write them in the memory means and divisionally taking out the output of the memory means to supply it to read buffer means. CONSTITUTION:Write buffer means 20-24 are provided in the input side of a memory means 50, and read buffer means 32 36 or 37-41 are provided in the output side. In case of write, outputs of write buffer means 20-24 are divided and written in the memory means 50; and in case of read, the output of the memory means 50 is divisionally read out and is supplied to read buffer means. Thus, the area of wiring between buffer means and the memory means is reduced and the chip size is reduced to make a device inexpensive.
