The circuit for improving detection efficiency of short state of encoder and stopping motor instantaneously with alarm signal to prevent burn-out of motor, includes a line drive(10) providing system control and short detection signal, a filter(20) filtering noise from the system control signal, a wave converter(30) transforming output of filter with amplitude conversion, a counter(40) counting transformed signal and providing system bus data, and a detector(50) providing alarm signal after receiving short detection signal from the line drive.
