The heat pipe(11) with welded upper and lower lids(12)(13) is manufactured by forming a sealing portion by pressing the protruded part(121) of the upper lid(12) with rotating tip(125) in a vacuum chamber(211) and welding the sealing part(121). The heat pipe of high quality is manufactured at lower cost.
