The handle (1) along the axis towards a secod holder/guide element (8) can swivel so that the distance between both gripping points of the handle and holder/guide element can be varied. In the swivelled positions the handle is fixed positively and/or non-positively by means of a locking device (3-6). A spring-loaded locking element (6) engages in recesses built into the pivot point of the handle. A predetermined breaking point is provided in the locking element.
