DEEP DRAWING ESTIMATION METHOD OF A GRATER

摘要

The evaluating method for deep drawability provides the manufacturing conditions of the hot rolled steel plate with good crack resistance and forming conditions without perpendicular cracks by simulation. The evaluating method comprises: (A) obtaining the perpendicular crack occurrence ratio through several simulation tests; (B) comparing the simulated results with the perpendicular crack occurrence ratio from real operation results; and (C) finding the standard perpendicular crack occurrence ratio.
