This consists of four essential parts: - tank A, which contains the coolant; - tank C which contains the product to be cooled; - coil D, housed in C, where vaporization takes place, and which acts as heat exchanger; - valve B, which allows the cooling process to be initiated as desired. By rotating A with respect to C, the coolant begins to flow. The coolant, when vaporized in the coil, absorbs heat from the product to be cooled, in which it is immersed, giving rise to the desired lowering of temperature.
