Machine for producing mixed food products for the pastry and fritter sector, especially for circular products such as doughnuts (buñuelos de viento) and fritters. It is equipped with a simple mechanism composed of a gear motor which moves a spindle which is inserted in a container into which the dough is loaded. The spindle has the function of driving the doughs towards the outlet nozzles assisted by a dough-retention scoop. This mechanism is actuated by means of a general switch. The machine has two supports, the first being stationary for securing to any type of worktop, and the second being movable, being able to move in all directions on top of the first. The motor is secured to an arm with a hinge system, which makes it possible to move the arm aside, thereby making it possible to release the transmission mechanism from the gear motor to the spindle. The mechanism of the latter can easily be dismantled. <IMAGE>
