<p>Device for catalytic cracking in the fluid state of hydrocarbon feedstocks, this device comprising: a column of the lift type (2), a vessel (1) for separating hydrocarbon vapour from the particles of coked catalyst, at the top of the lift (2) and concentrically with the latter, a balistic separator (3) vertically in line with the upper orifice of the lift (2) and inside the said vessel (1), and at least one regenerating unit for the spent catalyst, fed with stripped particles from the said vessel. According to the invention the vessel (1) for separating the coked catalyst particles and for stripping the latter comprises, at an intermediate height between the bed (6) of particles which are being stripped and the orifice of the lift (2), a means (11) capable of forming a chicane, to restrict locally the diameter of this vessel (1) and the free passage at the periphery of the lift (2).</p> |
