Pivoting position locking of child push chair rear wheels

There are three pieces which are pivoted relative to the carrying frame uprights (4). A first piece is constituted by a fixed body (8) receiving the suspension at the end of each upright. A second piece is constituted by a movable suspension body (13) pivoted relative to the fixed body. This movable body provides shock absorbing and suspension by means of a connector (8.9) and return spring (11). The third piece is a locking part (14) pivoted relative to the fixed and movable bodies. The locking part has a transverse vee cut (14.6) which allows engagement of the transverse operating rod (6.1 - 6.2) and locking in the lowered position. The locking part is mounted onto the movable suspension body by a return spring (17). The locking part can be operated in its front part by the user's foot.
