WIRING BACKPLANE FOR PLUG-TYPE CONNECTIONS

In a wiring backplane arrangement for plug-type connections, a carrier plate that is mechanically rigidly connected to the wiring backplane is arranged between the wiring backplane and the plug-type connector. Contact blades and shield contact pins are impressed into the carrier plate or are held by injection molding therein. Respective terminal ends of the blades and pins are contacted with interconnects of the wiring backplane. In this way, an adequate interconnect lead width that requires no expensive multilayer levels is provided.
