ANTIBODIES AGAINST T-CELLS AS THERAPEUTICS

The invention relates to antibodies against T-cells as therapeutics. It is the aim of the invention to provide antibodies for clinical therapy to prolong the immunosuppressive antibody effect while preventing the formation of anti-antibodies. This is attained by antibodies consisting of at least two different groups which are administered separately in time and in which at least one antibody from group B is distinguished in the constant parts of the heavy chains of an antibody of group A and in which group A, which is applied once or several times as the first one, has a T-cell eliminating action, while the further group B (which is applied after a time lapse) has a T-cell eliminating and/or T-cell antigen modulating effect.
