The deformable wall (5,6) of the working chamber consists of elastomer or a similar pressure-proof and fluid-tight material. The chamber is formed, so that in unloaded position, its outer wall is only at a small relative distance to the housing (2). The deformable chamber wall is formed as a mainly ring-shaped diaphragm. Upper and lower surface, and the outer ring surface, have a small free path to the housing. These surfaces engage undeformed on the housing, when the working chamber is active.
