PURPOSE:To provide a self-wiring function to the title element and to permit parallel processing of input signals by incorporating plural pieces of micro- constituting units having multiple functions into a buffer soln. contg. an energy material. CONSTITUTION:An org. film consisting of a synthetic high polymer such as nylon is suitable as a raw material for a micro cell and the size thereof is 1-2mum. An electric charge molecule is stuck thereto at one point in order to provide a polarity thereto. An information signal receiving molecule is embedded as an information receiving section 1 into one end of the micro cell and a material having gate function is embedded as a gate section 2 into the other end by using a liquid, etc. A material having a gate function to different materials is also embedded as a gate section 3 into the section separate therefrom. An enzyme system 4 such as energy material generative enzyme including allosteric enzyme having a iterative function is disposed in the micro cell and further the cell is filled with the buffer soln. 5. Then the element has the wiring function in addition to the sensing function for the input signal and can make logical operation and therefore the parallel processing of the information signal is permitted. |
