PURPOSE:To obtain pulse train signals of two channels which have mutually optional correlation from a pulse train signal of one channel showing the feature of a sound field and to generate a desired sound reverberation based on them. CONSTITUTION:This device is equipped with a pulse train extractor 16 which extracts the pulse train signal of one channel, a direction allocator 17 including a random number generator 18 which assumes that respective pulse signals reach a virtual dummy head and are received as signals of two channels and allocates random arrival direction based upon random numbers to the respective pulse signals, time delay calculators 20 and 21 which calculate the delay time between right and left ear corresponding positions as to pulse signals arriving from the allocated directions and add the delay times to the pulse train signals, and recorders 22 and 23 which record the pulse train signals of the two channels. Consequently, a dummy head size setter 19 which can generate the pulse train signals of two channels having mutual correlation other than 1 and varies the size of the dummy head is provided to generate the pulse train signals of two channels having the optional correlation. |
