PURPOSE:To provide a drive circuit integrated electron gun array integrated with a drive circuit without reduction of the density of an electron gun. CONSTITUTION:A drive circuit integrated electron gun array is formed by arranging in an array a drive circuit integrated electron gun in which at least one electron gun 12 and drive circuits 3, 4, 5, 6 arranged in the lower part of the electron gun 12 are connected with a drain electrode 10. Since the electron gun can be formed even on the drive circuit, the density of the electron gun is increased.
