TONER FOR DEVELOPING ELECTROSTATIC LATENT IMAGE AND ITS PRODUCTION

摘要

PURPOSE:To obtain a toner for developing electrostatic latent image having a sharp particle diameter distribution and excellent in electrostatic charge stability and image characteristics. CONSTITUTION:A toner compsn. except a bonding resin is mixed and kneaded with a resin miscible with the bonding resin under a high shearing force to prepare a master batch. This master batch and the bonding resin are dissolved and/or dispersed in a water-insoluble org. solvent, the resultant colored resin soln. is emulsified and dispersed in an aq. dispersive liq. and the org. solvent is removed to produce the objective toner.
