PURPOSE:To smoothly perform vertically attaching circle forming work of a stainless steel laminate tape and enhance adhesive strength in a tape laminated portion by laminating an alloy tape storing a cylindrical shape of a predetermined outer diameter with the stainless steel tape via an adhesive. CONSTITUTION:A stainless steel tape 3 is integrated with a tape 4 made of a shape memory alloy, which has previously stored a cylindrical shape of a predetermined outer diameter, via an intermediate adhesive 6, followed by provision of sheath adhesive layers 5 at both surfaces thereof, thus constituting a stainless steel laminate tape with a shape memory alloy. A thickness of the stainless tape 3 is set to 0.06-0.10mm. The tape 4 is made of a shape memory alloy having a temperature condition of 50-200 deg.C, and its thickness is set to 0.04-0.08mm. A thickness of the intermediate adhesive layer 6 is set to 0.05-0.10mm. The adhesive layers 5 attached to both surfaces are laminate tapes with an adhesive. Consequently, a thickness of the stainless laminate tape with the shape memory alloy as a whole becomes about 0.20-0.3mm. |
