<p>PURPOSE:To prevent the reception of television or radio from being interrupted by radio waves radiated from the computer. CONSTITUTION:The frequency of a clock to be generated by a clock generating means is changed corresponding to the value of a frequency register. A frequency selection processing means calculates a related broadcasting station based on the inputted installing place of the computer and selects the value of the frequency register so that the broadcasting frequency of the calculated broadcasting station can not be matched with the higher harmonic wave of the clock. otherwise, electric field distribution showing the level of external radio waves for each frequency is calculated by a wide band receiver in place of inputting the installing place of the computer, the list of frequencies is prepared from the calculated electric field distribution and a suitable threshold level, and the value of the frequency register can be selected so that the frequency of the prepared frequency list can not be matched with the higher harmonic wave of the clock.</p> |
