<p>PURPOSE:To easily efficiently perform recovering of a nickel electrode, hydrogen storage alloy electrode, etc., in particular for an alkaline storage battery. CONSTITUTION:A soluble binding agent in a solvent and an electrode, holding an active material to a foamed shaped and felt-shaped conductive porous material, are used to remove the binding agent by the solvent in the electrode after a used battery is disassembled, and vibration is applied by an ultrasonic wave in a solution to separate the active material from the conductive porous material, so as to recover the conductive porous material and the active material. The conductive porous material after use is dissolved in acid and again used as a plating bath, and active material powder separated after use is again used as an active material.</p> |
