PURPOSE:To completely protect electrical parts such as temperature relay from mold pressure by burying a protection cover where a protruding part is welded to a part with steps of a storage box into a frame. CONSTITUTION:An upper lid l is formed in plate shape by thermoplastic synthetic resin and a protrusion 2 with a triangular tip which is drawn nearly in a C shape is provided on an arbitrary surface. Also, a storage box 5 is formed in a cup shape by thermoplastic synthetic resin and a part 6 with steps is provided at an opening. Then, ultrasonic waves are generated between a surface A which is opposite to a surface where the protrusion 2 is provided of the upper lid 1 and a bottom surface B which is outside the storage box 5, the protrusion 2 of the upper lid 1 is subjected to supersonic welding into the part 6 with steps of the storage box 5 for sealing a temperature relay 10 into a protection cover 9, thus sealing the temperature relay into the protection cover without generating a clearance for welding while pressing the upper lid 1 and hence positively protecting electrical parts such as the temperature relay from molding pressure. |
