PURPOSE:To achieve high-speed and high-accuracy feed using a DC motor at low cost with a simple and compact configuration. CONSTITUTION:A linear feed device 10 including a DC motor 11 with brush, a lead screw 12 which is provided in one piece at a rotary shaft 11a of the DC motor, and a nut member 13 which is screwed to the lead with screws is provided with a magnet 14 which is mounted to the rotary shaft of the DC motor and where N and S poles are magnetized alternately in peripheral direction, and an MR sensor 15 which is fixed and laid out being opposite to the magnet. |
