PURPOSE:To discriminate a fault immediately by connecting the bias voltage application point of a raster position adjustment circuit to an intermediate tap of a secondary winding connecting to the circuit so as to connect a tape to which a power supply of a flyback transformer is connected to the intermediate tap of the secondary winding. CONSTITUTION:Suppose that a pattern connecting a power supply 4 to a tap (2) of a primary winding of a flyback transformer 3 is broken just before the tap (2). A large current is supplied from the power supply 4 to an output transistor (TR) 1 through other path from a diode, a tap (5) of a secondary winding 11 of the transformer 3 and the tap (2). Furthermore, an interconnection wire connecting the taps (5), (2) of the secondary winding 11 of the transformer 3 is removed and when the pattern is broken just before the tap (2), the operation of a horizontal output circuit is immediately stopped. Thus, the operation of the horizontal output circuit is stopped without flowing of a large current through the inside of a raster position adjustment circuit. |
