Mixing knives for prepn. of animal feeds from flour and molasses

Mixing knives in a mixer, for the prepn. of prods. such as flour and molasses, are basically flat and elongated and have a transverse cross section. The leading edge of the knife (A) is an acute angle ( beta ) formed by the convergence of the flat faces on the top (820) and bottom (830) of the knife. These faces lead to 2 other flat faces on the top (821) and bottom (831) of the knife, converging towards the rear.
