PURPOSE:To make the device compact and light-weight, and realize a low running cost concerning a fluid driving pump and heat exchanging device which are driven with a heating medium (fluid) without an electric motor. CONSTITUTION:A hot water supply heat exchanger 14 wherein a hot water supply primary side channel 7 which is connected to a heat source side heat medium channel 4, and a hot water supply secondary side channel 13 are put under a heat exchanging relationship is provided. Also, a by-pass channel 40 with a fluid driving impeller 33 and switching valve 39 is provided in parallel on the hot water supply primary side channel 7, and then, the fluid driving impeller 33 and an impeller 34 to be driven which is provided on the hot water supply secondary side channel 13 are transmittably connected for a fluid driving pump 38 which is provided on a heat exchanging device. |
