PURPOSE:To obtain a radiation distribution having clear image by constructing the collimator of each detector integrally with the collimator support disposed on the outside of a measuring space thereby eliminating the positional shift among a plurality of collimators. CONSTITUTION:Detectors 2A, 2B have opposing surfaces subjected to radiation and rotated by means of a rotary drive mechanism in a supporting base through an arm. Collimators 4A, 4B fixed, respectively, to the detectors 2A, 2B are integrated through a collimator support 4C disposed on the outside of a measuring space 10 between the collimators 4A, 4B where a specimen is placed. The collimators 4A, 4B are provided, respectively, with a plurality of radiation through holes wherein each through hole on the collimator 4A side is directed toward a focus F(A) and each through hole on the collimator 4B side is directed toward a focus F(B). The relationship is set precisely at the stage of the collimator body 4 formed integrally.
