PURPOSE:To lower the cost of the circuit elements in a half bridge AC/DC/AC conversion circuit by lowering the voltage across the capacitor serving as a DC power supply. CONSTITUTION:First and second transistors 3, 4 and first and second diodes 5, 6 constitute a half bridge type AC/DC conversion circuit. First and second capacitors 7, 8 at the output stage of the AC/DC conversion circuit serve as the DC power supply for a half bridge DC/AC inverter. A load 14 is connected between the output terminal B of the DC/AC inverter and the terminal A of an AC power supply 1. The voltage of the DC/AC inverter is superposed on the power supply voltage and fed to the load 14. |
