PURPOSE:To provide a rotary shaft seal mechanism which puts a bearing part into a sealed state and allows a rotary member such as a rotary shaft to effectively adjust and operate the frictional condition and seal condition by utilizing the centrifugal force, under the high speed revolution conditions, concerning a sealing device for a bearing part. CONSTITUTION:One end side of a seal body 10 installed between a rotary part 4 such as a roll and a fixed bearing member such as a bearing box 2 which supports the rotary part 4 is set on the rotary part 4, and the free end part on the other end side of the seal body 10 is joined with the fixed bearing member, and the adjustment for changing the joint condition at the fixed bearing member joint part by the centrifugal force action due to the revolution operation of the rotary part 4 is carried out at the free end part on the other end side.
