PURPOSE:To automatically perform the judgement of the revised statute and the preparation for the new and old contrastive list and to totally perform work from the input to the system, storage, retrieval, revision, and examination and approval and promulgation, to data updating by generating the revised regulation based on the present statute document, new statute document, differential table, and revised rule. CONSTITUTION:The inputted statute document is stored in a storage device after being converted into the structual document with an identifier representing the logical structure. Based on such a structured document, a replaced word is re-retrieved as a retrieval word and it is reflected on the retrieval result and the reference relation is retrieved without fail. After preparing a new statute 2103, the present statute 2101 and a new one 2103 are compared. The corrected part is taken as differential information and the revised position, change or deletion of the new statute 2103 and the present one 2101 are extracted. A revised rule 2105 corresponding to the revised part and the revised type is used and it is generated by adding the promulgation day, enforcement day, and title. Thus, the revised statute 2106 can be automatically generated. |
