摘要 PURPOSE: To carry out combustion without the accumulation of soot and reduce the generation of nitrogen oxides by forming partial combustion product combusting a primary oxidant injected at less than a specific velocity, and diluting the partial combustion product with a specific range of gas by injecting secondary oxidant at the specific condition of the volume ratio of the secondary oxide to the primary oxide. CONSTITUTION: A partial combustion product is formed by injecting a part of the stream of liquid fuel in length at a velocity less than 200 feet/second from the burner 3 and partially combusting fluid fuel using a portion of the primary oxidant. While injecting the primary oxidant and the liquid fuel from the burner 3, the secondary oxidant is injected from the lance 35. A portion of the primary oxidant, of which volume ratio to the primary oxidant is larger than 1.5:1 and smaller than 20:1, is injected from the lance 35. The generation of the nitrogen oxides is reduced and the accumulation of soot is avoided by diluting the stream of secondary oxidant with a large amount of environmental gas containing a large amount of oxygen of the density of 0.5 to 15% vol.
