PURPOSE:To enable an automatic transaction device to be easily operated even by the weak without being perplexed or burdened by determining whether or not process execution for the weak is necessary on the basis of inputted customer information and outputting a voice guidance associated with an operation guidance. CONSTITUTION:For example, when a button exclusively for the weak which is provided to a key switch part 20a is operated, the decision part 18 in a main control unit(MCU) 12 judges whether or not the process for the weak is performed. When it is decided that the execution process for the weak is performed, the operation guidance is outputted nearly as fast as a person reads a document with the instruction outputted from the speed switching part 19 in the MCU 12 to a CRT controller 14 and at the same time, a voice guidance part 20d is instructed to output the voice guidance at the same speed as the instruction sent to the CRT controller 14. Namely, the voice guidance is made like the operation guidance outputted on a CRT display device 17 is read. |
