PURPOSE:To enable an alternative operation and an operation crossing a boundary with an adjacent business office even when the pivotal part of each object system is stopped. CONSTITUTION:This device is composed of plural sub systems 111-113 composed of automatic supervisory and control means 14 for controlling plural respectively independent control ranges with man-machine output devices, external device input/output devices man-machine switching means for respectively switching those devices, external device connecting destination switching means and control computer, counter man-machine alternative information exchanging means 10 respectively connected to the automatic supervisory and control means 14, counter external device alternative information transmitting and exchanging means 11, inter-counter controller information transmitting and exchanging means 12, configuration control means 13 for respectively inputting the outputs of these respective means, and counter equivalent information storage means 110, and a centralized backup system 0 provided with a boundary operation information exchanging means 50 for supervised and controlled system for internally connecting the plural sub systems 111-113 for backup. |
