PURPOSE:To correctly calculate the charge for speech of each user by providing an input means for user code input, a control means which permits the user to originate a call only when the user code, and a single charging designation means match. CONSTITUTION:A portable telephone terminal 10 can be used by a specific user to originate a call and surely executes charging to this user and is provided with a dial button (input means) 18 for input of at least the user code (dial lock code different by users), a control part (control means) 17 which permits the user having the user code to originate a call only when there is matching between the inputted user code and an already registered user code, and a single speech button (charging designation means) 20 which designates charging of this call (public call). Thus, the terminal is prevented from being illicitly used by many and unspecified persons, and the charge for speaking of each calling user is correctly calculated to perform charging. |
