<p>PURPOSE:To prevent a wire from being damaged by a method wherein a partition plate by which a trunk part for a drum, on which a prefabricated wire series is wound, is partitioned into a plurality of regions in the width direction is installed at the outer circumference of the drum and the position of a cradle on which a compression-type dead-end clamp to start the winding operation of a second wire series onward is placed can be adjusted. CONSTITUTION:In a wire drum 21, partition plates 27 by which a part between flange parts 23 on both sides of a cylindrical trunk part 22 is partitioned into a plurality of regions corresponding to the number of prefabricated wires are installed.
