PURPOSE:To easily connect mutual tape wires or a tape wire to a metal conductor such as a terminal with high reliability. CONSTITUTION:A material to be connected (a tape wire in the drawing) is put on a tape wire 1, and this is nipped by an ultrasonically vibrating chip 4 and an anvil 5, and pressurized. According to this method, since the coating 2 of the wire present between conductors 3, 3 to mutually connect is removed by the ultrasonic vibration, and conductors 3, 3 are brought into contact to each other, and electrically continued, preliminary peeling is dispensed with, and the working is facilitated. Further, since the wires are mutually fixed by the fusion of the coating, and the contact part of the conductor is sealed by the coating, a highly reliable connecting part can be formed. |
